Stripe Payment Page
Q: Multiple Clinics at Once. How do I sign all of my clinics up once I get to the payment page? Right now it is only showing a subscription fee of $29.
A: Change the Quantity. On the payment page, there is a "Qty" button. (For example, if you have 7 clinics, you will change the Qty to "7."). Please see the gallery of helpful images and videos below, if you are having trouble finding the "Qty" button. Note: On a smart phone, you must first click on "Details."
Q: Invalid Phone Number. I'm getting an error message on the payment page: "Your phone number is invalid." What should I do?
A: Try a different device. If you are on your desktop computer, your mobile phone may work better.
Q: Using Different Credit Cards. Can I do separate transactions for each of my clinics, using the same email address?
A: Yes. You use the same email address and phone number for each of your separate transactions.
